Not so erudite makes me believe she's still at least SOMEWHAT erudite. If she were not erudite at all, her name would be NotErudite. Since that's not the case, we can only assume, there is some measure of eruditeness that she retains. Given this fact, I think it's still safe to call her Erudite because she is at least 1% erudite.

Why I would prefer Cenk is at least he has opinions and tries to back them up. I'd take that any day over what I perceive Erudite to do. I'd prefer to hear Cenk's ideas which I probably disagree with but are genuine and said with his chest. With Erudite I feel like it's a stale rerun of all of Destiny's takes, which is just boring IMO.
