You usually need to be going about 5 miles an hour before you hit the 4HI button. Once it engages, the light will stop blinking. Until the condition is corrected and the ECU reset the light just keeps flashing. With the vehicle off I just unplugged the connection on the 4WD ecu and let it sit for a few minutes then plugged it back in.Your VSC light staying on means that the Toyota Tundra’s VSC system has been deactivated.
