You need to find another dealer. I just fixed an XP yesterday that (2) dealerships and $1000 later couldnt fix. THey put a new belt, new ECU, and new plugs and a dyno run and still couldnt fix it.

They even developed a scan that was supposed to look for possible trouble ECM 's but that proved to be a bust in the end.
