Arguably the Bard in PF2e got upgraded due to how the overall 'power' of the game was reduced and how the balance shifted more towards collaborative efforts vs. strong solo builds. Bloodrager: There isn't anything that is a strong fit for Bloodrager in PF2e (yet) although Barbarian + Sorcerer Multiclass seems like the best way to start.
