The worst EOR score I’ve had was ER and all the questions I missed were ortho, I knew going in I was terrible at ortho. But all in all I was prepared for the exam. Rosh isn’t really meant to teach you what you should’ve learned in didactic, but rather show you where your gaps are and prepare you for answering test questions.

Last month was my first one, it was Family Practice, I earned a 375 but needed a 382 (74.5%) to pass.EOC/Summative Exam: 1505 (national average for this exam date was 1495) Completed all of Rosh twice. First time through projected PANCE score was 490 with 75% correct average. Second time through was 531 with 81% average correct. Uworld is the shittt BTW.

Just took my surgery EOR (first rotation) and literally passed by just a couple of points. I’m happy I passed but a little frustrated as I genuinely thought I knew the material better and felt pretty confident. I used the Rosh boost exam, SmartyPANCE, and Pearls. Just wanting to vent, feel free to share any stories or insights.
I think if you are getting 70s on rosh boost, you have a good chance of passing (unless your program set a remarkablyhigh passing score).I personally thought obgyn eore was the hardest one. ... Every actual PAEA EOR I’ve taken (5 so far), I’ve scored 88-96%. Rosh is much harder. I would take the Rosh EOR exams and then every other rotation-specific question they had, minus IM which would basically be every question lol. The PAEA is mostly one liners and is definitely buzz wood heavy.
