Designed by Dr. Waring McCrady (C’59), a former French professor, the 19 flags were first presented at the Convocation on Family Weekend by Vice-Chancellor John McCardell. In addition to economic factors, I think McClurg is a big part of our student community, social interactions that many shouldn’t miss out on until at least senior year.
