I've got them both and they're both awesome. I have the H20 LE M4 and the Langdon Tactical Gen 2 1301 in green. While you can't really go wrong with either I personally like my 1301 the most. My suggestion is to use wikiarms and Google to search for every site that sells them.

Between these two, as others have stated, the main difference is the weight, the other difference is the M4 has two small gas pistons while the Beretta has only one large piston.
