If you ported into the castle thru the outside teleport. Get out and actually go to the castle on foot, then take the siege tower and follow the side of the castle to the right and get into the castle by climbing the ladder. I had the same issue but this seemed to fix it. Hope it helps.

U activated the festival, it removes all bosses and mobs until the festival ends, you need to return to talk to the festival starter inside redmane castle to deactivate this event after clearing the festival boss.
