The big issue Hofstra faces is being a 'nationa' law school. It doesn't focus on NY law, like other schools that are essentially 3 year BAR prep. It also doesn't require classes in many subs on NY BAR which leads to bad poor BAR passage. You will get a good education here, better than the statistics show but understand what you're getting.
