BurningLance 7 years ago #10. well if you go Quality then Refined is the best. since you plan to go Str for a while then Heavy is good. im doing a Dex/Luck and atm with 29 in both and Hollow infusion gives more dmg than the Sharp infusion (even if Sharp bumps dex scaling to B) which is very good for Estocs.Not worth it IMO (unless you also want to use the most popular weapon, the Avelyn). A plain will probably do as much (might be close) and not require 20 in every stat. For reference a fire infused/buffed estoc will have over 260 fire AR and maybe 175-200 phys AR. A dark infused/buffed estoc will have over 300 dark AR and 175-200 physical.

Dark souls 1 in particular queues up every action. By doing a parry before a backstab you can sort of break out of the queue and move about freely as the other player is stuck in the animation.
